What we do
1. It all starts with the quality of the milk. Our local farmers bring us goat, sheep and cow milk. The milk comes from hay and grass fed animals. No antibiotics.
2. The dairy produces cheese and butter, yogurt and curds...for you.
3. We meet you at markets, here, there and in Toronto. We meet, you sample, we chat... it's a lovely way to sell our cheese.
